1) 1. Mai bis Ende August 2025
2) 1. Mai bis August 2026 (kürzer möglich)

Preis: 1'800 CHF / Mt. inkl. allem (Strom, Internet, Möbel)
Bei langer Miete des zweiten Zimmers wird der Mietzins reduziert.

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, hat 110 m² und 2 WCs. Ein grosses Wohnzimmer und ein Balkon sorgen für eine nette Gemeinschaft. Die Wohnung ist renoviert und bietet dennoch Altbaucharm. Waschmaschine, Tumbler und Spühlmaschine sind alle vorhanden.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Migros + Alnatura) sind 2 Gehminuten entfernt am Kreuzplatz. Dort ist auch der Tramhalt der Linie 11 und der Forchbahn (S18). Der Bahnhof Stadelhofen ist 2 Minuten mit dem Tram oder 7 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt.

2) From May 1 to August 2026 (shorter stays possible)

Rent: 1,800 CHF/month, all inclusive (electricity, internet, furniture)
For long-term rental of the second room, the rent will be reduced.

The apartment is very quiet, 110 m², with 2 bathrooms. A spacious living room and a balcony offer a pleasant shared space. The flat is renovated but still has the charm of an old building. Washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher are available.

Shops (Migros + Alnatura) are a 2-minute walk away at Kreuzplatz, where you’ll also find tram line 11 and the Forchbahn (S18). Stadelhofen train station is 2 minutes by tram or a 7-minute walk.
