La chambre estDie Wohnung, teilst du dir mit Max (30). Er ist viel unterwegs mit Freund:innen, aber auch gerne mal zu Hause beim Kochen.

Ich (Carina,33) selbst werde für ein Praktikum ins Ausland gehen und danach noch vier Wochen reisen. Deshalb suche ich eine zuverlässige Person, die für diese Zeit mein Zimmer übernimmt.

Da ich auch noch in der Wohnung von meinem Freund unterkommen kann, kannst du das Zimmer auch etwas länger Untermieten.

Wenn du Interesse hast, schreib mir ein paar Sätze darüber, warum Max sich auf dich als Mitbewohner freuen darf und welche Werte dir wichtig sind.

Period: May 15 to August 5 (move-in and move-out dates are flexible).

The room is part of a 60 m² apartment with two balconies, a private washing machine and dryer. Everything has been newly renovated.
Another highlight of our shared flat: Berta, our cat. She’s calm, clean, and enjoys a relaxed atmosphere – so you should be comfortable with cats.

The apartment, which I’m making available to you while I’m away, is shared with Max (30). He’s often out and about with friends, but also enjoys spending time at home cooking.

I’ll be going abroad for an internship and will travel for four more weeks afterward. That’s why I’m looking for a reliable person to take over my room during this time.
