Its south orientation provides plenty of sunlight which, however, can be controlled by external sunshades.

You will be living with Pamela (24) a girl from Guatemala who works in the fashion industry and Albert (36) an Architect who works for Herzog de Meuron. We all get along super well and manage a good balance between shared moments and privacy.
