Hello,

the room is available the 1st of december and it is the biggest of the flat.
We can discussed for the furnitures but the wardrobe will be given for sure. You will share this appartment with 2 nice flatmates : Sergei and Stefanos. Stefanos is rarely in the flat as he works a lot so you will be living mostly with 1 roommate.
the flat is located next to the train station that only takes 10 min to go to ZURICH HB from it.
the supermarkets (coop, migro) are only 12 min from the flat by walk and you can enjoy the forest right next to the train station for a good walk to uetliberg and just getting some fresh air :).
You can also enjoy having dinner and drinks on the balcony !

ps : A cellar is also available and a washing machine downstairs.

Hallo,

das Zimmer ist ab dem 1. Dezember verfügbar und es ist das größte der Wohnung.
Über die Einrichtung können wir reden, aber der Kleiderschrank wird auf jeden Fall gestellt. Sie werden diese Wohnung mit 2 netten Mitbewohnern teilen: Sergei und Stefanos. Stefanos ist selten in der Wohnung, da er viel arbeitet, so dass Sie meist mit 1 Mitbewohner leben werden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, von dem aus man in nur 10 Minuten nach Zürich HB fahren kann.
Die Supermärkte (Coop, Migro) sind nur 12 Minuten zu Fuss von der Wohnung entfernt und Sie können den Wald direkt neben dem Bahnhof für einen guten Spaziergang zum Uetliberg geniessen und einfach etwas frische Luft schnappen :).
Sie können auch genießen Sie das Abendessen und Getränke auf dem Balkon!

ps : Ein Keller ist vorhanden und eine Waschmaschine befindet sich im Erdgeschoss.
