I am looking for a new flatmate to share a 3.5-room apartment in Altstetten with me.
My current flatmate is moving out to live in an apartment on her own, so I am looking for someone to take over her room. The apartment is located in Altstetten, approximately 5 mins by foot to Lindenplatz and 10 mins by foot to Altstetten train station. The train takes you to Zurich HB in 5 mins, whereas tram 2 and several bus lines (B67, B78, B80, B83, B89), all within walking distance, take you to every part of the city. Supermarkets (Migros, Denner and Coop) are also within a 5 minute walk. The apartment is close to Uetliberg, therefore convenient if you are a nature lover who likes hiking. It is fully furnished and very bright- the sun makes the kitchen the perfect place for your morning coffee, and the living room for enjoying a nice dinner. Your room is partially furnished (the furniture can be taken over from the previous flatmate). The monthly rent is CHF 1190/month (approximately 1240 with the utilities). The room is available from January 1st (ideally already from December 1st).
