The room is in a 5-room Duplex apartment. Bathrooms on both floors.

The perfect candidate would be someone who is friendly and open to maybe share a glass of wine or a meal together sometimes but also like his/her own space.

My housemates are looking for a jovial open person who appreciates living in a tidy and clean environment and independently ensures that the apartment is tidy by cleaning after him/herself 😊
