La habitación es/estáBig fully furnished room in a 2 bedroom apartment. The other bedroom is occupied by someone from French speaking Switzerland (26F). The living room is a shared space with a couch and television, a desk and a dinner table. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, airfryer, blender, water boiler, sandwich toaster, ...
The rent includes hot water but does not include electricity usage, internet and insurance.

I'm going on a sabbatical for 6 months and I'm subletting my room. So the contract will start on the 1st of February and ends on the 31st of July. There is however always the chance that I get stuck on my travels and you get to stay for another few months, haha.

Oh, before I forget, there is also a basement, a 'waschküche', a place for bikes, elevator, ect, ect. The usual :)
