I’m looking for a subtenant for my beautiful shared apartment room with a balcony, as I am moving out earlier than planned to live with my boyfriend. The apartment is rented until the end of September (due to the landlord’s own use), and the sublease is agreed upon with the landlord. You could move in around mid-May or early June – we can discuss the exact dates.

About the WG:
You would be living with three amazing flatmates who are doing their Master’s at ETH and are between 23 and 25 years old. We mainly speak English, as not everyone speaks German. The girls are from Canada, the Netherlands, and Germany/USA. We enjoy doing things together on weekends, but that’s totally optional – everyone has their own space, and if you need some quiet time, you can just close your door.

About the apartment:
The apartment is located near Klusplatz, with great connections to the city, university, and lake. There is a shared laundry room in the basement, which is almost always available without any issues. You would also have your own fridge.

The surrounding garden can also be used.

I can leave the bed and some other furniture in the room for you if needed – we can discuss the details.

ich suche eine Untermieterin für mein schönes WG-Zimmer mit Balkon, da ich spontan früher ausziehe, um mit meinem Freund zusammenzuziehen. Die Wohnung ist noch bis Ende September befristet (aufgrund von Eigenbedarf), und die Untermiete ist mit der Vermieterin abgesprochen. Du könntest am Mitte Mai/ Anfang Juni einziehen – genauere Daten können wir gerne absprechen.

Zur WG:
Du würdest mit drei tollen Mitbewohnerinnen zusammenwohnen, die an der ETH ihren Master machen und zwischen 23 und 25 Jahre alt sind. Wir sprechen hauptsächlich Englisch, da nicht alle Deutsch können. Die Mädels kommen aus Kanada, den Niederlanden und Deutschland/Amerika. Wir unternehmen am Wochenende gerne mal etwas zusammen, aber das ist natürlich freiwillig – jeder hat seinen Freiraum und wenn man Ruhe braucht, schließt man einfach die Tür.

Zur Wohnung:
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Klusplatzes mit sehr guter Anbindung an die Stadt, die Uni und den See. Im Keller gibt es eine gemeinschaftliche Waschküche, die fast immer problemlos verfügbar ist. Ausserdem würdest du
