La habitación es/está11m2 fully furnished room (bed 140 x 200 cm) in a 4-person flatshare. Our 5.5 room maisonette (2 floors) consists of four bright bedrooms, a living room with fireplace and balcony, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a basement and an attic. The price (605 CHF) includes utilities, electricity and Internet, plus other common house items (trash bags, washing powder, etc.). There is a deposit of three times the rent with utilities. Furthermore, you must provide proof of a private liability insurance. The room is located on the second floor.
The room is available from December 1, 2024, but an earlier move-in date could be arranged.
Buscamos
A friendly and an open-minded person to share the flat with us! Ideally, you would be 24-35 years old, finishing your studies or at the start of your career life. We expect someone who is respectful, clean and mindful with others, but also open to an occasional visit from friends or family. We might all work from home from time to time and appreciate a quieter environment during the day, but we are more than happy to meet in the evening and talk over a cup of tea (or wine)! Please note that this is a non-smoker flat.

¿Quién somos?
A 4-person WG:
Andreia (28) - finished her Master's in Agriculture at ETH and started her PhD. She has a multitude of interests – at the moment she has a crafty spree and is always open for an adventure.
Franziska (29) - works in a publisher house and enjoys some quiet knitting after work (if she as enough energy she hits the dance floor with Andreia on the weekends).
Chloé (25) – recently joined our WG in Dübendorf, where she writes her PhD. In her free times she likes to go swimming and birdwatching.
Giulia (26) – moves out for 7 months to live in Lausanne for an internship where she wants to get familiar with the Romandie and discover their savoir-vivre.
