La habitación es/estáThis is the best room in our WG :) 18 square meters, windows to the South and East, therefore lots of light, your private balcony, wooden floors and high ceilings. The room is unfurnished, but you could take over a bed and a shelf for free if interested. Rent includes utilities (electricity, water, heating). Added costs will be internet (less than 10 francs per month) and the Serafe tv and radio fee (roughly 50 per year). The house has 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, a shared terrace, a big attic for storage, and a garden. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer are a given. We even have solar panels on the roof, and it's heated with a heat pump! If you want to move in slightly earlier than April 1st, we can make that happen.
Buscamos
We are looking for a sociable, open-minded person who enjoys living with an international group of people. To make sure you fit in well with the group, we’d like you to be about 25 or older, and a non-smoker in your daily life. We are all PhD students, so you’ll ideally fit in if you are also starting or doing a PhD (the landlord requires you to be employed by a Zurich university). We speak English in our WG. For practical reasons it would be great if you spoke good German, as well. If you are interested, please write a few sentences about yourself (including about these points) and your ideas of living together - we are then much more likely to invite you for a viewing :)
¿Quién somos?
We are an international 6-people WG sharing a single family house with garden in Zurich Höngg. We share interests in science and cooking/food! Besides that, some of us love the outdoors and exercise, some love arts, music, travelling, books, movies, and many other things. Our WG life revolves around our shared kitchen and living room, where we often cook and eat together, which usually happens spontaneously. Some of us also like to go swimming together in nearby Limmat, even in winter! Our flat mate is moving out after more than seven years to have a bit more space for herself, but she’s still sad to go. So, do you want to be our new WG member?
