Laundry in the private reduit - free of charge, no time restriction.
(serafe is not included must be paid by all the tenants together-about 70 francs per person per year)
Room is 15m2 and comes furnished as in the picture.
You have access to the roof lounge on the 23rd floor with a breathtaking view over zurich. Every tenant has their own private fridge (in the kitchen)

The contract will be for 1 year. If you don't want to stay that long, you can cancel the contract at an earlier stage. However, it's your responsibility to find a new tenant to take over your contract for the remaining months.
After that 1 year, if you want to stay longer, it's possible to renew for another year.
