It’s a large and comfortable family house with 6 bedrooms, a living room, 3 bathrooms, an attic that serves as a guest room and storage, a garage, a large balcony and a very nice garden. There is a washing machine, dryer, dish washer, freezer, and second fridge.
The free room is 12 m² with parquet flooring and is furnished with a double-size bed (+matress), desk, office chair, and a bookshelf and a cupboard for storage. The room is at the second floor, with a view of the other side of the river and the mountains (if the weather is nice:) ). The rent of CHF 784 includes all utilities.
The room is out for rent for six months, the starting date can be between 20 December 2024 and 1 January 2025.

We are looking for an open-minded person who shares our ideas of living together in a WG. You should be a non-smoker, 25-32. ¿Quién somos?
Besides Jingying, who is leaving, we are currently 5 international PhD students (2 female, 3 male) passionate about science, arts, music, sports, cooking and many other things. We love the super friendly and warm and cooperative atmosphere of our WG. We enjoy discovering new things, meeting new people, going hiking as well as keeping our minds open to any new experience. We also take special care to respect each other and keep the house and the garden nice and clean for everyone.
