La habitación es/estáI am subletting my room in a 3-bedroom apartment starting mid-November for 6 months (possibly longer upon negotiation). The room is small (approximately 9 m²) and furnished.
The location is fantastic, just a 12-minute walk to ETH HG. The apartment features a shared kitchen, bathroom, and toilet, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine shared among the three residents.
The rent is 675 CHF, with additional miscellaneous costs such as WiFi, SRF etc. This is a non-smoking, student-friendly apartment, so preference will be given to students.
