La habitación es/estáOur flat’s located directly at Limmatplatz, is very central and essentially has everything you’d need within a 2-min walking distance (Migros, Denner, Allnatura, Langstrasse, Bars, Restaurants etc). HB is also just a 5-10 minute walk away (or two tram stops)

Our 5.5 room flat (~124sqm) is on the 3rd floor, with 4 bedrooms and a large living room with a small balcony overlooking Limmatplatz. The available room is ~18 sqm, and will be unfurnished. Our place is also quite clean - partly because we have a cleaning lady over every second week, but also because we generally keep it so. There are two bathrooms (only one with a shower) that we share, and we also have our own dryer and washing machine. For additional storage, we also have space in the attic as well.


We all get along really well, are pretty laid back and all working fulltime. Every now and then we might watch movies or tv series together, and sometimes cook/have dinner on the occasion we’re all around (some of us may be frequently travelling, so for the most part there's usually only around 3 people in the flat). Overall we’re easygoing and would hope to find someone similarly so.

Timing of moving is ideally early-mid February

Monthly base rent would be 900CHF, and we would also have some additional costs e.g. internet, cleaner, annual electricity etc. that we would evenly share
