The apartment is located in Zurich Wipkingen, in a nice and calm area just outside the old town.
It is less than 100 meters from the Zurich Wipkingen train station, from which you can reach the airport in less than 15 minutes, and the 33 and 46 lines, from which you can reach Zurich HB in 8 minutes and connect with most parts of the city.
Right close you can find a Coop and a Migros supermarket, other than cozy and very nice bars where you can enjoy a night out with friends.

You will share the apartment with Manuel, a 33-year-old Swiss guy, management graduate; business developer, who is currently searching for a job.

The apartment comes all furnished, both in the room and the common living spaces. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine for common use within the whole building that needs no reservation plans.
There is also fast WIFI with optic fiber.

The initial contract for the flat has a 6-month duration, with the possibility to extend it on agreement with Manuel, and has a 1-month notification period.

The rent is 1121 CHF per month to be paid on the 23rd of each month and includes the furniture, all the facilities, and internet. The deposit is 2000 CHF and must be paid in advance, and will be given back once you move out from the flat.
