Das Zimmer ist ca. 16m^2 groß, unmöbliert und kommt mit einem großen Fenster. Die Wohung besitzt eine Küche, zwei Badezimmer, vier abschliessbare Zimmer, einen Balkon und einen Gemeinschaftsraum. Hinzu kommt noch ein eigener Wasch- und Trockenraum, als auch diverse Gemeinschafträume wie z.B. eine Werkstatt, eine Bar und eine Dachterrasse. Die Wohnung ist relativ gross und hat noch viel Potential für Einrichtung.

The room is approx. 16m^2 in size, unfurnished and comes with a large window. The flat has a kitchen, two bathrooms, four lockable rooms, a balcony and a common room. There is also a separate laundry and drying room, as well as various communal areas such as a workshop, a bar and a roof terrace. The flat is relatively large and still has plenty of potential for furnishing.

Die Wohung wird von der Organisation 'Lebenwieduundich' bereitgestellt, welche sich für inklusives Wohnen einsetzt. Im Mai wird deswegen ein junger Mann namens Julian (18) in die Wohnung einziehen, welcher im Rollstuhl sitzt. Wir suchen also eine Person, welche damit keine Probleme hat. Weiterhin solltest du idealerweise unter 28 und eine respektvolle und sympathische Person sein, welche an einem WG Leben interessiert ist. Der Vertrag wird vorerst auf ein halbes Jahr befristet (um zu schauen ob alles passt) und kann danach verlängert werden.

The apartment is provided by an organisation called ‘Lebenwieduundich’, which supports inclusive living. In May, a young man called Julian (18), who is in a wheelchair, will be moving into the flat.
