My room in a student dorm is free from now on. The location is great, being close to both Zentrum and the greeneries. Apart from the usual shared spaces, we also have a study room, party room, a little gym room. Besides, there is a a beautiful roof top terrace with a view on the lake and an outdoor space with table tennis and basketball. The room is 12m2, fully furnished including a large bed, one's own sink and fridge. Included is also a space in the basement and washing is free of charge. You would share one kitchen and two large bathrooms with the people in the same floor (12). Every three days, the shared spaces are cleaned professionally (included in the rent).
The contract will be until the 31.12.2025. Probably, there will be the option for extension.
Buscamos
We are searching for a student, young researcher or similar. Unfortunately, couples are not allowed.
The room is available from today onwards.
Please only contact us if you are okay with the fact that there is a deposit. Most of us use Swiss Caution or First Caution for this purpose.
¿Quién somos?
We are a student dorm with three interconnected buildings. Every floor has its own, unique little WG vibe. In mine, many of us are students from all over the world. We have a friendly and chill environment, where everyone feels welcomed and some are closer to each other than others. We liket to have an evening chat in the hallway or meet on a saturday in the study room. We don’t have scheduled shared activities but as a new member, you can definitely initiate shared dinners or whatever you can think of :). Please note, that the current tenant alone decides the new member, meaning that it is not possible to meet everyone in the house beforehand. But no worries :) there are many cool students around and I am sure you will find your mates very quickly.
Note, that it is allowed to sublet one's room for a few months as soon as the price remains the same or is lower.
