Estoy buscando A spacious, furnished flat in Zentenhausplatz with three bedrooms is available for move-in on 1 February 2025. (picture attachments are not allowed, so I will send you when we first contact each other).

Due to one main tenant moving out after landing a new job, our flat now has to re-sign a new contract. I (one of the current main tenants) am looking for a new flatmate willing to co-sign the new main tenant contract with me. Or you can also sign the main contract alone if you have sufficient monthly income (Legal requirement: 2690 (monthly rent) times 3 = 8070Fr monthly income), and I will live as a sublet (plus one more sublet to be found later). In this case, I will recommend you to the housing company to take over the flat as an ex-main tenant (then you will have a 100% success rate, we also got the flat this way via recommendation before). It is also possible I could move out entirely if that's your wish. However, I want to handle the furniture nicely and responsibly (no reason for having many perfectly functional furniture going to the landfill).

The gross rent + nebenkosten is 2690 + 300 per month. We can discuss how to split the rent when we meet.
