La habitación es/estáRoom in 2-person modern shared flat (WG) available. The room is with furniture (it is required to over the furniture), located in a quiet neighborhood . You will share with one woman finishing her studies at ETH. 1 shared bathroom and large living room with couch, spacious kitchen with plenty of storage. Large windows in the bedroom and living room.

Preference given to those who can take the room as soon as possible.

Cost:
- CHF 1300 per month including utilities (Nebencosten) (water, heating, internet, ...)

Furnitures in room:
- 140 x 200 bed with mattress
- stand light
- 100 x 160 adjustable desk
- clothes hanger
- chest of drawers

Furnitures in shared space:
- spacious sofa that can be transformed in to a 180 x 200 bed
- dining table and four dining chairs
- microwave, air fryer
- dishwasher and fridge
- extra storage space

Accessibility:
- 1 minute by foot to the Zypressenstrasse tram stop
- 2 coops and 1 migros in 5 min walk
- Albisriederplatz bus/tram station in 5 min walk
- 18min to Zurich main station
- 25 min to ETHz main campus

Viewing:
- In-person or video viewing possible next week or by arrangements.

Contract:
- You will sign the contract with the landlord directly.
