We’re looking for a respectful and independent flatmate to join our shared apartment. The room will be available from April 1st, 2025.
The Apartment and Room:
- The Apartment: A large 130 m², 5.5-room apartment on the 8th floor with plenty of natural light and great views. It features a loggia overlooking a garden, a fully furnished modern interior, and an equipped open kitchen. There’s also an in-unit laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
- The Room: A spacious 15 m² bedroom with a private 5 m² en-suite bathroom (including a bathtub).
What’s Included in the Rent:
- Professional cleaning once a week
- Internet and TV
- All utility bills (Nebenkosten)
The rent including cleaning, NK and utility bills is 1575, the deposit is 3000

We’re looking for a respectful, independent, clean, and considerate roommate who is also responsible when it comes to rent and bills, since common household supplies are split equally (1/4 each). Ideally, you are:
• A young professional with a 9-to-5 job
• In your mid-thirties
• Not into late-night parties
• Considerate about having guests stay over (we ask that flatmates check with each other first)
