La habitación es/estánur eines von einer WG-Neugründung! Die aktuelle WG (Angi, Cedric und ich) zieht zum Oktober/November aus, alle drei Zimmer in der Wohnung werden frei. Die Wohnung ist zweistöckig, es gibt außerdem ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, zwei wunderschöne Balkone und die meisten Möbel (Sofa, Esstisch etc.) können auch in der Wohnung bleiben.

Zwei der Zimmer sind ca. 12 m2 gross, das dritte ca. 24 m2 mit einem eigenen Bad und eigenem Balkon. Ab Oktober ist eines der kleinen Zimmer frei, du könntest aber zum November ins grössere Zimmer umziehen. Die kleinen Zimmer kosten aktuell 767 CHF Miete, die Kaltmiete für die ganze Wohnung liegt bei 2425 CHF.

Die Wohnung ist riesig und liegt lärmgeschützt in einem grünen Hinterhof im Monbijou (wir lieben sie alle), deswegen hoffen wir, dass sie auch weiterhin als WG bestehenbleibt :)

ENGLISH VERSION

The room is one of three rooms that will be free beginning of October/November (you can thus choose your future flatmates). Furthermore, the flat has 2 beautiful balconies, a big living room with an open kitchen and 2 bathrooms. It is located in a super calm and green area in Monbijou – we all love the flat and hope it can stay a shared flat in the future (Big parts of the furniture in the living room will also stay in the flat) :)

The rooms are 12 m2, 12 m2 and 24 m2 big. The small room currently costs 767 CHF total, rent for the whole flat (without energy) will be 2425 CHF.
