The room isA room is available in our three-person shared flat with a cosy communal kitchen! The flat has a bathroom with bathtub and is on the mezzanine floor in Kreis 4. As this is a JuWo flat, you must fulfill the JuWo criteria. The rental price stated here includes Wifi etc.
The bus station is just around the corner and the nearest tram stop is not far away. Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard or in front of the house, washing machine and tumble dryer are in the basement and can be used without a washing schedule.
