Description
The room isThe room is roughly 12m2, unfurnished, part of a 3-person shared flat, on the second floor. The window is toward Badenerstrasse, so it's not completely quiet. Please note the graphic in the picture regarding the setup of the apartment, the access to the living room, bathroom and kitchen is via the staircase (please don't apply if that's an issue for you). The apartment is rather old and hasn't been renovated for years. We'll have to move out in March 2026 for gentrification to take it's natural course. Rent is 770 CHF per month, incidentals usually are somewhere between 40-60 CHF per month, deposit is 2x770 CHF. It's available from 1 May, potentially a couple of days before that.
We are looking for
We're looking for someone friendly, relaxed and open; non-smoker and no pets are the only hard criteria. Preference would be for someone who plans to stay until March 2026.
We are
We are Stavros (31) and Til (37), Stavros studies stage design and teaches guitar and recently moved in, Til works in an office job and sucks at playing the guitar. We're rather calm, have questionable interior design taste (you might call it lazy), and while we're not constantly having joint activities, we also don't want to be complete strangers in the flat.
