The room isbright and spatious with 18 m2, with a large window looking out over the quiet neighbourhood (3rd floor). If wished, the room comes fully furnished with a large closet, shelves, office desk and a 180 x 200 cm frame bed. On the same floor, there is another room belonging to Ana and a shared bathroom with bathtub. Our living room and kitchen are half a floor below. It is a big open space space with a 3.80 m high ceiling and a big window front facing towards south and thus flooding the room with sunlight. There is a huge couch and beamer installation to watch movies with a cinema feeling. From the living room, you can access the large sunny balcony offering a beautiful view towards the Zürichberg forest. On the lower floor (2nd floor of the building), there are two more bedrooms belonging to Nico and Meret and a second shared bathroom. The apartment also comes with a storage space inside the flat as well as in the basement and with a secured bike parking. Our apartment is located next to the Glattwiesen tram stop, 5 minutes away from the Stettbach train station to the one side and Schwamendingerplatz to the other side. At both areas, you can Coop, Migros and many other stores. The Zürichberg that can be seen from the balcony is at a distance of only 5 minutes walking and the city center of Zurich can be reached by bike or tram within 20 minutes. In the other direction, towards Dübendorf, the stunning Greifensee can also be reached in 20 minutes by bike.
