The room isThe room is approximately 12 m2 and on the second floor.
Our flat has a spacious kitchen (with dishwasher and microwave!) and living room area, two bathrooms and a rooftop terrace. We also have a small basement storage unit.
The 760 Fr rent includes everything except the small fee you have to pay to use the washing machine or dryer. But that is usually no more than 5 Fr per month.
We are looking for
We are looking for someone friendly, tidy and responsible to join our flat. If you have a green thumb and would like to grow something on our terrace, you are very welcome to do so! : )
We are
Olivia (22) is pursuing a master's in mechanical engineering, Eliane (21) is doing a bachelor's in biology, and David (25) has finished his medical degree and is looking forward to starting a bachelor's in physics this summer.
Even though we have quite different schedules, we see each other almost daily and enjoy cooking together or just relaxing.
Our common language is English, but we also speak (Swiss) German and French.
