About the sub-let
I am subletting my room for February and March 2025 (dates flexible, earlier entry possible). It is a spacious room in a 2-people flat (you will be sharing with Maxime, 27yo professional from France). The rent is inclusive of all bills (fibre internet, electricity, heating, cleaning) and use of all furniture, appiances and spaces. PErfect if you are just moving to the city or changing flats.

About you
I am looking for soemone to take over my room for around 2 months while I travel. Dates can be discussed but preference given to someone who can take the whole of February and March. No gender or age preferences, just looking for someone who can look after the space well while I am away (and water the many plants ;) ).

About the apartment / room
It is a spaceous 90m2, bright (top-floor) apartment consistingt of 2 rooms (yours will be arounbd 25m2), two bathrooms (1 with WC, shower and bathtub, 1 WC and sink only), one spacious living room with TV and sofa connected to a dining room with balcony access. The kitchen is also spacceous and it has access to a smaller balcony that is used mainly for storage (aka to keep the mess and recycling). All utulities will be included, comprising of bi-weekly cleaning by an external cleaner. The room is super private with a nice forest view, no residential buildings facing it.

The area is great, 2 min walk from the Line 11 tram stop, 5 min walk for the S-Bahn 18, 5 min walk from Botanical gardens and 10 min walk from the Lake (Chinagarten). To Belvue in 15 minutes with the Tram. MIGROS and Denner just by the tram stop (2 min walk).
