The room isIt’s a large bright furnished room in an older but charming house between Kreis 6/11, close to good bus/tram connections (Brunnenhof) and also close to Käferberg.
We are looking for
We are looking for a temporary housemate between start of January (earliest 17th of December) till end of April. Longer might be possible, however this will only become clear at a later point.
We are
You’d be sharing with my 3 people. We are all around 30, speak German and English and when around always up for a bit of a chat. We have a shared kitchen in the flat, the living room we share with our downstairs friends, also a flatshare with open and nice people. We also have a large shared garden for BBQ, growing stuff etc. and a lot of storage space in the cellar and attic for bikes etc.
Sublet will be furnished for 630 a month including the bills and depending if and how regularly you'd use the living room then also some contribution to that. If interested, just get in touch (in German or English) and write a few lines about yourself.
