Description
The room isI’m Lorenzo and I’m moving in another apartment, so I’m subletting my room for the remaining 2 months that this building is gonna have (is gonna be tear down presumably on the 1st of July, so my contract finishes on the 30th of June).
But there's also a possibility that I'm gonna move on the 1st of June.
So two options:
- 1st May till 30th June
- 1st June till 30th June
The room is the second coming inside the flat and is 23m2 with parquet floor, witth two windows and with the view directly on Helvetiaplatz.
The room is furnished with a double size bed (180×210), a wardrobe, desk with a chair, a mirror and two little bedside table.
The apartment is on the 1st floor (no lift) and has in total 4 rooms (3 bedrooms and 1 kitchen/living room), 1 bathroom and the hallway.
Washing tower (washing and tumbler), sofa and table with chairs in the kitchen.
Bathroom with shower and bathtub.
In the backyard you can also park your bike.
We are looking for
An easy going person, also dog lover cause one of the 2 flatmates owns a beautiful and loving dog called Elsa.
The room is gonna be rented for the whole two months (or one in case you're gonna come from the 1st of June), so the payment is gonna be directly 2700 CHF (or 1350 CHF from the 1st of June).
You’re also gonna have the possibility to register at this address.
We are
Your flatmates are gonna be Lorenzo N. (3rd room) and a new flatmate that is gonna move on the 1st of May (1st room), they both like to share some moments all together, but also to have their own privacy.
The language we speak in the apartment is English.
Elsa (the dog) is the Queen of the house of course :)))
