The room isca 16m² gross und ist Teil einer 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im obersten Stock. Durch die Lage an einer Nebenstrasse ist es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig.
Der Wohnung ist eher klein, aber modern. Neben deinem Zimmer hat es ein Badezimmer und eine Küche (inkl. Geschirrspüler). Leider hat die Küche keine separate Tür, weswegen Rücksichtnahme auf die Mitbewohnerin/den Mitbewohner wichtig ist.
Im Keller gibt es ein Kellerabteil und gratis Waschmaschinen und Trockner, wobei eigentlich immer eine frei ist.
Es gibt die Möglichkeit, einen Schrank und ein Bett vom Vormieter zu übernehmen.

The room is roughly 16m² in a 2-room-flat on the top floor. As the flat is not directly at a major road, it is very quiet.
The remaining flat is rather small, but very modern. There is a bathroom and a kitchen (incl. a dishwasher). Unfortunately, the kitchen does not have a separate room, so being considerate of the other flatmate is important.
Additionally, there is some storage base downstairs, as well as free laundry machines and dryers; at least one is almost always available.
It is possible to take over a cupboard and a bed from the previous tenant.
We are looking for
eine unkomplizierte Person (m/w/d), die berufstätig ist und schon WG-Erfahrung mitbringt. Du sprichst Deutsch, English oder Französisch und suchst eine längerfristige Unterkunft in Zürich. Du schätzt ein ordentliches Zuhause, ohne dass es zu streng wird.
