The room ishell, nicht möbliert, 14 m2, wartet auf etwas Leben, auf deine Fotos und deine Möbel, wie auch immer du es einrichten möchtest. Bettkopf Nord oder Süd ist ihm egal, solange die Bettfüsse am Boden sind. ;-)
Es ist ab dem 15. April 2025 frei, Einzug Anfang Mai ist auch möglich!
Die Miete beträgt 656 fr. + 40 fr. Nebenkosten (mit Internet).
Ein Schrank kann übernommen werden, eine extra Matratze hätten wir auch.
Wohnung: 4er-WG, ganz schöne, helle, neue Wohnung (126 m2) in Genossenschaft Green City (Minergie-Gebäude). Mit Fenster Nord und Süd haben wir Morgen- und Abendsonne, Sicht auf Uetliberg, viel Platz zum Kochen und im Wohnzimmer zu chillen.
Ist modern, hat ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer. 2 Bäder. Dazu gibt es auch eine Loggia/Balkon und einen Keller. Waschmaschine, Trockner und Geschirrspülmaschine(!!) sind vorhanden.

Flat: There’re 4 of us, in this pretty and new flat (126m2), which is part of the ‘Genossenschaft’ Green City (Minergie building). With windows on both sides of the flat, we’re lucky to enjoy morning and evening sun, a direct view on Uetliberg, plenty of space to cook and/or hang around.
The flat is really modern, has a big open space combining living/dining room and kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a balcony. In addition to the cellar and the washing machines we have…cherry on the cake…a dishwasher!! (and a common garden/balcony with the rest of the building!)
We are looking for
Eine Person, die sich aktiv am WG-Leben beteiligen will, Freude an gemeinsamen Kochabenden hat und den soziales Austausch miteinander schätzt. Wir unternehmen gerne was zusammen: Ausflug in die Berge, die Sauna oder ins Kino, WG-Abend, Eisbaden, ...und sind neugierig auf deine Ideen und Vorschläge!
Natürlich respektieren wir auch unsere Privatsphäre. Insgesamt haben wir aber einen freundschaftlichen Umgang miteinander und wünschen uns das auch für die Zukunft :)
Zudem wäre es gut wenn du mindestens 23 Kerzen auf deinem Geburi-Kuchen zählen kannst, offen kommunizierst und mit uns und unserem Putzplan die WG ordentlich hältst.

We like to do things together: A trip to the mountains, the sauna or the cinema, an evening in a shared flat, ice bathing, ... and we are curious about your ideas and suggestions!

We are
Juliette (25), Dominique (27) und Annabel (27). Juliette, ein wilder Spirit aus den Bergen, tanzt und singt durch das Wohnzimmer, zaubert Veggie/Vegane Gerichte und sorgt für und liebt die Umwelt/Natur. Dominique mag Zimtschnecken, Skandinavien, in Büchern zu versinken, Morgenstimmungen in den Bergen und gemütliche Kochsessions.
Annabel hat Spass an schlechten Wortwitzen, mit der Freude eines kleinen Kindes durch die Natur strawanzen und schätzt offene Kommunikation (wie auch der Rest der WG)
Dazu kommt Nico, Annabels boyfi, der bis August bei uns wohnt, da Juliette im Ausland ist.
**English**: We’re Juliette (25), Dominique (27) and Annabel (27). Juliette is our free and joyful spirit coming from the mountains, always dancing and singing around, loves to do her magic in the kitchen with vegetarian/vegan dishes and is our planet/nature protector. Dominique likes cinnamon rolls, all things Scandinavian, getting lost in books, early mornings in the mountains and cozy cooking sessions.
Annabel likes bad puns, strolling through nature with the joy of a little kid and open communication (the last goes for all of the wg)
Additionally we have Nico, Annabels boyfi who is here until August because Julliette is on student exchange.
