The room isahoi!
schön, dass du auf deiner (schatz-) suche bei uns gelandet bist. unsere 5er-wg PONYHOF AMORE kann gut als perlstück bezeichnet werden. du sparst dir mit einer netto-miete von ca. 420.- CHF viel geld - und aufgrund unserer super zentralen lage (am schaffhauserplatz) - auch viel zeit. der wald liegt auch in nächster nähe, was sehr schön ist :)
einige details zum wohnraum und zu uns:
1. alle zimmer sind klein (ca 11-12 m^2 mit dachschräge). auch küche, bad und wohnzimmer. dh an unserer tagesordnung steht fett: ordnung muss sein (oder einfach so, wie es möglich ist ;-))
2. unsere mansarden-zimmer liegen im dachstock und schliessen direkt ans treppenhaus an - so hostel-mässig. es gibt keine wohnungstüre. hier befinden sich ebenfalls die waschräume und der aufgang zur gemeinschaftlich genutzten dachterrasse - in frühling/herbst das BESTE!! *froid*
3. wir teilen uns, meist zu dritt*, ein bad, weswegen angeboten ist, die haare, oder das gesicht im zimmer hübsch zu machen und das bad für notwendigkeiten (toiletten-, duschgang) offen zu lassen (*ein zimmer fungiert als (tages-) büro und das andere als zweitwohnsitz, zurzeit sehr selten belegt.)
4. es ist ringhörig und leute auf leisen sohlen sind sehr geschätzt. ausnahme: besucherInnen und parties sind erwünscht - ausser die nächtliche störung würde zB auf wöchentlicher häufigkeit basieren.
5. es ist ein altbau und zT reperaturanfällig. weshalb wir uns öfters um wg-angelegenheiten kümmern müssen.
6. einige wg schätze (zB die kaffebohnenmühle) sind in den vergangenen jahren mit den besitzern ausgezogen. sprich, wir können unsere einrichtung noch etwas aufpeppen :)
7. wir sind eine buntgemischte form von ponies - jeder wg-typ ist vertreten ;) von: ich lebe bewusst in einer gemeinschaft. bis: ich wohne rein zweckmässig hier.

We are looking for
ahoy!
it's great that you've come to us on your (treasure) hunt. our 5-parties shared flat PONYHOF AMORE is a real gem. with a net rent of around 420 CHF, you'll save a lot of money - and thanks to our super central location (on schaffhauserplatz) - a lot of time too. the forest is also close by, which is very nice :)
some details about the living space and about us:
all rooms are small (approx. 11-12 m^2 with sloping ceilings). including the kitchen, bathroom and living room. i.e. on our agenda is written in bold letters: order must be (or simply as it is possible ;-))
2. our mansard rooms are on the top floor and connect directly to the staircase - so hostel-like. there is no apartment door. the laundry rooms and the staircase to the shared roof terrace are also located here - the BEST in spring/autumn!!! *joy*
3. the three of us* usually share a bathroom, which is why we do our hair or face in the rooms and leave the bathroom open for necessities (toilet, shower) (*one room functions as a (day) office and the other as a second home, currently very rarely occupied).
4. it is poorly soundproofed and people on quiet feet are very much appreciated. exception: visitors and parties are welcome - unless the nightly disturbance would be based on e.g. weekly frequency.
5. it's an old building and sometimes prone to repairs. which is why we have to deal with maintenance issues more often.
6. some wg treasures (e.g. the coffee bean grinder) have moved out with the owners in recent years. in other words, we can still spice up our furnishings a bit :)
7. we are a colorful mix of ponies - every type is represented ;) from: i consciously live in a community. to: i live here purely for convenience.
