We are looking for a new sub-tenant as of the beginning of April 2025.
The 4.5 room flat is located on the ground floor in a very convenient area in Altstetten right in the middle of the tram station (Lindenplatz) and the Altstetten train station. We have three bedrooms, which of one will be yours, a spacious living room flooded with sunlight, a kitchen that comes fully equipped, 1 bathroom (with bath tub) and toilet and one extra toilet for our guests, a corridor leading to the bedrooms, a storage room and a tiny, however beautiful balcony facing the street.
The room itself is a 12 sqm room, very cozy and calm with a view to the court yard.
Pets are not allowed. There is a cleaning lady every 2 weeks as we think there are plenty of other valuable things that can be done in those lets say 2h per week that you spend on cleaning the flat.
Rent: 1066.35 CHF per month, everything included (cleaning lady, internet, electricity, serafe, etc.)
Deposit: 2200 CHF

Ideally, you are between 31 or 40 and we are preferably looking for females, as this has always been a ladies WG.

We are Maha (30) and Nimmy (38) all professionals working in Zurich. We have been living together for 2 years now and we are used to live in an international and multilingual environment. We enjoy organizing after work drinks, dinners and we both enjoy sharing time with our friends but also need our privacy. However, we are always open for a glass of wine together or a nice conversation.
