Description
The room isThe pictures of the room are just example pictures from the woko website but the room looks pretty much like that though; you get a bed, a shelf and a desk from woko. And there is a walk in closet. You also have your private balcony shared with one more flatmate.
In general the flat has a huge kitchen and living room and a very nice balcony for everyone with a pretty view of the sunset. We have 2 bathrooms (toilet and shower) and one extra toilet.
The flat is in a big woko building with lots of students. There is a common room and a music room.
We are looking for
Only people that fulfill Woko Criteria (student under 28)
We are looking for an open, friendly person who doesn‘t have a problem with living in a flat with 7 more people.
Please tell us a little about yourself and it would be great if you could attach a photo or an instagram or something.
You would be the subtenant for a few months and then you can take over the main tenancy.
The room is already free a little earlier and we will probably do interviews in the week from 17th to 22nd of February.

We are a flat of 7 Students (4 girls and 3 boys). 2 study physics, 1 computer science, 1 architecture, 1 environmental science, 1 physics phd and one i starting business in a while.
