Description
The room isSpacious room (21m²) with SE-facing window, carpet floor. The room can be rented fully/partly furnished or completely unfurnished.
The 7-room flat is on the 2nd floor of a beautiful old building at a great location right next to Kirche Fluntern. It is bright and offers ample space (177m²). There are two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub, a large kitchen with sitting area, a separate dining room adjacent to a living room with balcony overlooking the lake and city. There is an additional small reading room/study. The washing machine/tumbler are shared among three parties living in the house. The photos show the unfurnished flat, but we have most everything needed to furnish the entire flat (furniture, lights, kitchenware, etc.).
We are looking for
We’re looking for a friendly, open-minded, and clean flatmate to join our new 4-person WG. Since we are two men and one woman (ages 28-32), we'd ideally like to include another woman/FINTA person. It is also important to us that you are a willing contributor and participant in creating a new home together, as an unfurnished flat requires lots of decision-making, collaboration, and enthusiasm to set up nicely :)
We are
We are currently roommates, but after receiving a termination notice for our current contract, we found this beautiful flat near ETH/UZH/USZ. We hail from academic/research backgrounds, in technical fields and the humanities, and enjoy having curious conversations about all kinds of topics over shared dinner, while balancing it with privacy and alone time. We are an international group and English is our primary language of communication, but we speak German to various degrees of fluency.
