Wir suchen eine/n Mieter/in für möblierte (oder unmöblierte) Einzelzimmer in einer WG zur Vermietung nach Vereinbarung.

Du wirst die Wohnung mit zwei netten, berufstätigen Personen teilen.

Du teilst die Küche mit zwei Personen und das Bad/WC mit einer Person.

Die Miete beträgt etwa 1'300 CHF und beinhaltet Nebenkosten wie Strom, Heizung und WLAN. Ein Reinigungsservice alle zwei Wochen ist ebenfalls im Mietpreis enthalten.

We are looking for a tenant for furnished (or unfurnished TBD) single rooms in a shared apartment available for rent by arrangement.

You will share the apartment with two nice, working professionals.

You will share the kitchen with two people and the bathroom/WC with one person.

The rent is approximately CHF 1'300 and includes utilities such as electricity, heating, and Wi-Fi. A cleaning service every other week is also included in the rent.
