The room isRoom in 2-person modern shared flat (WG) available. The room is with furniture (it is required to over the furniture), located in a quiet neighborhood . You will share with one woman finishing her studies at ETH. 1 shared bathroom and large living room with couch, spacious kitchen with plenty of storage. Large windows in the bedroom and living room.

Preference given to those who can take the room as soon as possible.

Cost:
- CHF 1300 per month including utilities (Nebencosten) (water, heating, internet, ...)

- 2 coops and 1 migros in 5 min walk
- Albisriederplatz bus/tram station in 5 min walk
- 18min to Zurich main station
- 25 min to ETHz main campus

- In-person or video viewing possible next week or by arrangements.

Contract:
- You will sign the contract with the landlord directly.
