Das Zimmer istThe room has a size of ~22m^2. It contains an electrical standing desk, a bookcase, two clothing racks, a dresser and a 1m60 bed including drawers below. The window faces the street side and gets evening sun. The room (actually the whole apartment) has a carpeted floor. It’s an old apartment, therefore the walls are very high. We have a washing machine in the basement and you can use it for free :) The kitchen has everything you need (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave). The price will be 800 CHF. What is not included is electricity (30.-) and serafe (maybe 10.-) so more or less 840 CHF
Wir suchen
We are looking for someone who wants to live here between September 2024 and February 2025 while Fredi is on an exchange semester in Italy. You should be open-minded and have a flair for our plants :) You don’t shy away from cooking and playing games together once in a while or jumping into the “Aare”. We respect each other's privacy but we also love to have some chats together. And you should be able to endure watching bachelor(ette) with Lisa. Wir sind
Lisa (27), working fulltime and in her freetime she loves doing yoga, thaiboxing, reading, doing pottery and travelling. You should also be aware that we are currently looking for another roommate (see our other ad regarding permanent room).
