The house is 133sqmt, divided in 4 single rooms, a large, very bright open space with kitchen, dining room and living room, just next to a covered terrace. Everything is brand new! The apartment has several amenities such as dishwasher, private washing machine and drier, parquet, floor heating system, very fast internet and extremely cheap energy bills (Minergie apartment). The room comes empty but existing furniture can be discussed with the departing flatmate. The total rent is 1285chf including Nebenkosten.

The house is brand new (2023), in a well developing residential area just at the feet of Uetliberg. Despite the vicinity with the city center (10 minutes from HB!), you will feel immersed in nature and well connected to nice running routes (45 minutes walk to the top of Uetliberg). The closest SBB stop is Manegg, just one building away.

The lifestyle of the house is a good balance between privacy and some together-time, either inside or outside. The key principles of the house are cleanliness, respect, cooperation, honesty. Rules are agreed together, duties are split in agreement, and any issue can be discussed openly with transparency and goodwill.
