The entire apartment is SHARED with 1 person only living in already, 49 years old working in agroforestry vanilla farming and travelling at time, looking for 1 respectful flatmate, long term preferably, who is comfortable sharing the space which also allow intimacy, who keep the place as clean and tidy, and duly pay the rent on time.

The living room with the fireplace as well as the terrace are available for smokers, and the rest of the apartment is smoke-free. There is no private parking space at home but it have public parking places for free (8pm-8am) nearby.

Rent is 1490-CHF charges included for 1 person, and 1690-CHF for a couple. WiFi Hotspot, weekly cleaning, consumables included for additional 200-CHF /month.

Possibility to rent the entire place for a agreed period of time (to be discussed).
