- In 5 Gehminuten: Idaplatz/Lochergut (viele Bars und Restaurants); gute ÖV-Anbindung über Tram 9 und 14 (2 Stationen zum Bahnhof Wiedikon); Wiediker Märt mit Activfitness, riesiger Migros, etc.

- A 5-minute walk away: Idaplatz/Lochergut (many bars and restaurants); good public transport connections via tram 9 and 14 (2 stops to Wiedikon train station); Wiediker Märt with Activfitness, massive Migros, etc.
- Old building with herringbone floor. Windows, bathroom and kitchen were renovated in 2014 and the entire flat was freshly painted in September this year.
