🚉 Transport: Birrwil train station is 100m from the apartment, with easy connections to Zurich
💰 Rent: CHF 1,000/month (includes WiFi, electricity, heating, and water)
🔑 Deposit: 3 months
📅 Availability: Minimum stay 3 months, both short-term and long-term possible
