Das Zimmer istA large and pretty room, located in Irchel, right next to the university campus (+ASVZ) and pretty cafés!
It is a super bright room in a very calm and really well connected neighbourhood. You're 2 min walk away from the tramstop Hirchwiesen, and 4 min walk away from Milchbuck. You can reach Oerlikon in 5 mins, ETH/Universitätsspital in 10 mins, and HB in 13 mins! You also have Schaffhauserplatz just 4 stops away, and can reach Käferberg on foot itself.

We also have a washing tower (washer+dryer) in the apartment itself, along with a well equipped kitchen.

You also have an option to takeover a big wardrobe and desk from the previous tenant (70CHF for both, but negotiable), making it easier to move-in!

We are looking for someone to move in by 10th Feb, or as soon as possible. If you're interested, shoot us a message describing your previous WG experiences (if any) and what you expect from a shared flat.

The rent would be 1270 CHF (+ 60 CHF for utilities) = 1330 CHF per month.
You'll also take over as one of the three main tenants, and would have a share in household insurance (to pay 50 CHF for the remaining insurance, valid till September 2025). There is no deposit, however you'll have to pay 77 CHF for the remaining rental deposit insurance (valid till September 2025). Moreover, we can only accept people whose salary is at least 3 times the rent, i.e. at least 3990 CHF per month.


The contract is limited till 31 March 2026 due to planned renovations, but you might get lucky and the date might get extended.
