Das Zimmer istThe room is furnished, around 13.2 sq. m, and has a great view towards the city (on a clear day, you can see the Alps :)).
The flat has 1 WC, 1 shower room, and 1 WC+Shower room. There is a large kitchen with a fridge, freezer, and shared cooking utensils, and lots of space to socialize.
The building is part of the Student Village which has lots of students studying at ETH Zürich. There is a study room, music room, guest room, and party hall downstairs. In the basement, there are laundry machines and locker rooms.
Wir suchen
The tenant has to be a student at ETH Zürich, ideally in the first/second-year bachelor's degree.
We are looking for a fun and clean person who is happy to socialize with everyone in the flat.
NOTE: I've added a double bed (replacing the default single bed), large dressing unit, desk lamp, and an Ikea chair to the room, which I'd like to sell all together for 250CHF. So please also indicate in your response if you’re willing to buy this :) I will send some pictures later, they’re all in perfect condition.
Wir sind
We are a group of eight students between the ages of 18 and 25 from Switzerland, Italy, Spain, France, Germany, and South Korea. When we are not too busy with studies, we try to spend time together in our living room, either playing darts, cooking, or watching movies/sports. When the weather is good, we are happy to go to the ASVZ for some beach volleyball or other sports. We respect each other's privacy, especially during the study phase.
