Das Zimmer istWe are subletting a 16.4sqm room in our large 5 person WG from start of May, until end of June (exact dates are flexible).
The room is one of 4 bedrooms in a 5.5 room apartment (134 square meters) on the first floor. Five people share two bathrooms (each with toilets and shower/bathtub), an open kitchen, a large living room, a storage room in the basement and a shared balcony with view into a quiet garden and bits of the Uetliberg. Additionally, two bedrooms each share a smaller balcony, which for this room faces the morning sun. The apartment has a washing machine and dryer, a dishwasher and a fiber-optic internet connection (the costs for internet, water and electricity are included in the rent!; no deposit necessary), floor heating and a ventilation system. The thick concrete walls ensure that the rooms and whole flat are very soundproof. The apartment building has a lift and a basement garage, which at request can be rented additionally.
The room has a total area of 16.4 square meters and is furnished as in the pictures. Part of the available to use furniture are a bed (including bedlinen), an office desk, and lots of room for storing clothes.
The apartment has a very central location in Kreis 10 (Höngg). It takes 2-3min to walk to the stations Rebbergsteig (Bus 46) and Eschergutweg (Tram 13). This makes it easy to get to the city centre/ETH Zentrum/Uni Zurich in about 20min. The ETH campus Hönggerberg is reachable in 15min. The riverside of the Limmat can be reached by walking under 10min. Supermarkets, banks, the post office and more are closely available in Meierhofplatz.
