Located by the lake, in a quiet street with friendly neighbourhood, restaurants, bars, shops, post-office and groceries stores all around, 4 minutes walk to Horgen Train station. 18 minutes to Zurich HB, 20 minutes to Zurich Airport and 25 minutes to Zug.

Temporary or as per agreement. Additional charges as per annual cost are not included (200Fr/month) The rent all included is 1690-CHF and is not negotiable.

Shared with 1 person living in already. Smokers are welcome, the living room with fireplace as well as the terrace are free to smoke, and the rest of the apartment is smoke-free. Pets are welcome too.
