La habitación es/estáWe have a room in a 4 person flatshare available immediately from 1 April 2025. The apartment is located centrally, near the Johanniterbrücke, and well-connected with public transport. Stops for tram 11 and bus 30, 33, 36 and 38 can be found within 3-5 minutes by foot.

The available room is large (27m2) and well-lit, with windows on all sides. The flat is in an old building, has three other bedrooms, with a large well-equipped kitchen, a large separate bathroom and a separate WC with a washing machine and dryer. A bed and desk (along with some other furniture) are also available to purchase from the previous tenant. It is also a building where smoking is permitted, but we prefer if you have your windows open if you want to smoke.

A bit about us: We are Aaditya (28, m, IN), Sarra (39, f, CH) and Izabella (25, f, PL). We have been living together for over two years now, and would like to have someone chill living with us for the foreseeable future. We are all working either at the university or a Firma. We're all easy-going, like to enjoy beers/drinks (or 420), play games or just chill together and talk from time to time. We of course also respect privacy and like to do our own things as well.

Rent for the room is CHF900/month, including Nebenkosten (WiFi, water, energy etc).
