I provide everything a large TV, my PS4, the dishes, bed, closets and a cozy lounge outside with a gazebo and grill. On request, I can also take out certain furniture. The apartment is very modern. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and a washing machine. The terrace has 35m2, with 4 large raised beds and a tree and all rent are included with all facilities no extra charges The apartment is very central 2 minutes to Langstrasse, shops 2 minutes and 10 minutes from the train station.
