Loads of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Dynamo is 5 mins walk for a quick dip during lunch time.

Unfortunately my flat mate is leaving to move in with his partner, so I'm looking for a replacement.

The room and flat is fully furnished so you can use everything in the flat. The large rooftop (with furniture) is great in the summer and is shared with only the 3 other people living in the building, so often its empty.
