La habitación es/estáI am looking for someone to take over my flatmate’s room starting in June 2025 in our 3.5-room shared apartment (2 bedrooms) in the heart of Kleinbasel. The apartment is very well connected to public transport—tram stops for lines 1, 2, 6, 8, 14, 15, and 17, as well as bus 30, are all within a 5-minute walk. Supermarkets Denner, Migros, and Coop are also within a 5-minute walk.

The available room is large and quiet, with a window and a door leading to a balcony that faces the common garden. The flat includes another bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), a large living room, and a bathroom. The common areas are furnished, but the room itself will be unfurnished—although there may be an option to purchase some furniture from my previous flatmate.
