The floor is made of parquet. The room is already fully furnished, so the furniture can all be taken over by the previous tenant (or in your case by the previous tenant) at no additional cost. The furniture would be a bed with storage boxes, a wardrobe, a desk with storage space, a desk chair, a shelf and a stool.
